MODULAR BUILDINGS
Modular buildings are erected using 40mm thick foam-injected Chromodek wall-panels. The buildings may be of a permanent or semi-permanent nature. Permanent structures are normally erected on power-floated concrete slabs whilst the semi-permanent structures may be erected on a steel platform structure.
The building system lends itself to the creation of large functional workspaces, living areas, catering kitchens, canteens, infirmaries, clinics and schools. The finish of the buildings can be adapted to meet various budgets and applications and may vary from the very basic to luxurious with ultra-modern finishes. Floor coverings include vinyl or ceramic tiles, carpets and wood laminate.
Units are shipped in a pre-fabricated format and erected by trained staff. The pre-fabricated format allows for the shipment of approximately 250 square metres of floor space per single 40 foot shipping container, making the modular building system a very cost effective method of erecting functional spaces in almost any location.
Units are supplied with full plumbing and electrical installation in a choice of European, British, French or American power plug points and fittings. Telephone and computer networking points can also be accommodated in power-skirtings.
