By far the majority of our products are sourced from local suppliers and manufacturers in South Africa using South African materials and products with local labour content. In circumstances where the required products are not locally available or where our clients specify brands or products from a specific foreign source, the products are acquired by us for re-export to our foreign clients. We currently re-export products from countries such as the USA, China, Germany, France and Australia.
South African manufactured or assembled products are normally the preferred choice due to the competitive pricing structure, quality of the products and short lead times.
We also undertake the in-house design of specially requested equipment and contract the manufacture and assembly thereof to suitably qualified local fabricators.
Unless our clients otherwise require, we normally undertake the installation and commissioning of all equipment ourselves. Some of our services include:
- Design, construction and equipping, on a full turnkey basis, of accommodation and work camps capable of accommodating up to 400 employees.
- Supply and installation of GSM and VHF monopole and lattice communication towers with solar power units.
- Supply and installation of prefabricated steel bridges in a knock-down form with design loads of between 5 and 160 tons. Supply is either on a component or full turnkey basis.
- Design, manufacture and installation of light to heavy duty engineering equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks and processing machinery.
- Engineering and fabrication of machinery components in either a rough or machined form including the cutting of precision flat parts with water jet and laser cutters.

Pre-fabricated Buildings:
These include offices, accommodation blocks, ablution facilities, infirmaries, workshops, storage facilities,
kitchens and dining areas. Units are built having regard to the accessibility of the installation site and
surrounding areas and include amenities such as air-conditioning, hot and cold running water, water
purification systems and electricity through the use of suitably sized generators. The fixtures and fittings
in the units range from basic to luxurious.
Shipping Container Conversions:
Converted 6m and 12m sea-worthy containers for use as office accommodation, sleeping quarters,
ablution blocks, catering kitchens and general storage. All units are manufactured to the clients’
requirements and specifications. The units are also available in a flat-packed format resulting in
substantial savings in shipping costs.
Furnishings:
Office furniture, bedroom furniture, curtaining, venetian and vertical blinds, bathroom fittings and
accessories, linen, kitchen and catering equipment, shelving, etc.
Fuel Dispensing Equipment (Diesel and Petrol):
Pumps, piping, fuel measurement and dispensing systems and storage tanks.
Water Systems:
Borehole pumps, piping, water purification systems, water pressurising and distribution systems and
water heating and cooling systems.
Fire-fighting Equipment:
Small to large fire extinguishers, foam-making units, portable and fixed fire-fighting systems,
clothing, boots, gloves and visors.
Communication Aerials and Towers:
These range from basic 1.5m high aerials to 150m high GSM and VHF monopole and lattice
communication towers with all related equipment such as receiver and transponder systems.
Radio Communication:
Fixed and portable radio systems and communication equipment.
Generators:
These range in size from 5 KVA units to 1.6 MW units with a choice of mono-pole and multi-polar units,
portable and stationary units, open or semi-closed units and fully insulated and silent units. Related
equipment such as control units and high voltage distribution boxes, switchgear and cabling is also
available. Supply is either on a component or full turnkey basis.
Vehicles:
Light-delivery vehicles, multi-purpose vehicles, sports-utility vehicles and 4x4 vehicles.
Boats:
Inflatable and fixed-hull personnel and cargo carriers in various configurations and sizes.
Earthmoving Equipment:
Front-loaders, graders, caterpillars, etc.
Agriculture:
Equipment and irrigation systems.
Steel:
Pipes, plates, bars in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, lead, titanium and others.
Welding Equipment:
Welding machines, TIG, stick, gas and others. All consumables and related equipment.

Safety Equipment:
Rope access personnel systems, slings, alpinist equipment, general safety equipment and
consumables, hearing, face and eye protection equipment, goggles, gloves, boots, personal
protection clothing, chemical and dangerous goods handling, breathing apparatus, etc
Lifting Equipment:
Shackles, chains, slings, pins, load cells and load rigs, ropes, cranes and winches.
Security Equipment:
Clothing, riot control equipment, crowd control systems, electrical fencing, CCTV equipment,
general fencing and specialized fencing systems and installations.
Access Systems:
Entry and exit systems, fingerprint and retina access systems, card-type control systems,
theft prevention systems and consumables.
Storage and Packaging:
Aluminium equipment storage and transit cases designed and built to client’s specifications and
requirements. Packaging material such as bags, foam, wooden crates, styro-foam and other
specialist packing material.
