FLAT-PACK MODULAR MARINE UNITS
These units are similar to the converted marine container units but are supplied in a flat-pack format. Once assembled, the space of a single unit is equivalent to that of a 20 foot marine container.
The flat-pack format, however, allows the shipping of three to four flat-pack units within the space of a single 20 foot marine container resulting in substantial savings on shipping and road carriage costs.
The units may be joined “end-to-end” or “side-by-side” in any number of configurations to create larger spaces.
The units are fitted with all electrical wiring installations, plumbing and sewerage waste connections. The units have a high-end finish and all floors and walls are in wood laminate. Custom units also allow for vinyl flooring and Chomodek wall panels.
The units may be stacked to a maximum height of three units making the units particularly suited to areas where space is at a premium.
Since the units are supplied in a flat-pack format, a small installation team is required to erect the units. The installation process is fairly simple and can be completed within a few days with minimal tooling.
