POLYCORE BUILDINGS
The Polycore System is similar to the modular building system but utilizes a double insulated fibre-cement wall-panel as opposed to foam-injected Chromodek wall-panels.
These units have application in circumstances where permanent buildings are required to be erected within short periods of time at a relatively lower cost than traditional building methods. The buildings are erected on power-floated concrete slabs and the roof may comprise IBR roof sheeting, corrugated iron sheeting or cement roof tiles. The internal finish of the buildings may range from basic to luxurious with ultra-modern finishes.
The units are supplied with full electrical wiring installation, plumbing and kitchen cupboards. Floor coverings include vinyl or ceramic tiles, carpets and wood laminate.
